Terms & Conditions

You are making a ticket purchase on this website: www.miragespiegeltent.co.uk from BIG KID ENTERTAINMENT LTD.

By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

1)  Please arrive 30 minutes before the show. This is a requirement. To ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, entry will not be allowed after the event has started. Please arrive on time, as no refunds or exchanges will be issued for late arrivals.

2)  Please double check the event date, show time and other details before proceeding with payment. Any changes requested post-purchase will not be entertained.

3)  Tickets purchased are Non-Refundable under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.

4)  Tickets are for free-seating arrangement (no numbered seats) and guests are seated on a first come first served basis.

5)  Please ensure your ticket is visible to be scanned.

 

6)  If you are attending the event as a group, please make sure that all attendees are present together at the entrance.
 

7)  Outside food/drinks are not allowed.
 

8)  ALL purchases inside are CASH & CARD.
 

9)  Alcohol sold on our premises to the attendees only.
 

10) We are a live entertainment show. Day to day circumstances may effect the arrangements of the show and individual performances available. We reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice or obligation to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another performance.
 

11) We bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property whilst attending our show. For Lost & Found, you may contact our Ticket Office at 07766552211, Facebook page (Mirage Spiegeltent) or email (info@miragespiegeltent.co.uk) for assistance.


12) Please wear appropriate shoes when visiting us as some ground conditions due to weather or its location might be uneven or muddy. As much as we will try to make it appropriate for our event, some grounds conditions are out of our hand.


13) If you encounter any issue during your visit with us, please bring them to the attention of our on site manager at the time while still present there. We will be unable in some cases to help if anything is brought to our attention after the event has passed.


14) We reserve the right to refuse admission to any show.
 

15) Our staff are not allowed to give you their personal contact details such as telephone numbers or e-mail addresses.
 

16) The duration of our show is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

17) Should you be sensitive to any of the following, please be aware that our show contains rapid flashing lights, lasers and loud noises.​​​

Big Kid Entertainment Ltd has the right to amend these Terms & Condition without prior notice.


For purchases made through our approved 3rd Party Ticketing Partners, please also refer to their respective Terms & Conditions as it may vary or contain additional information.
